Central College to Host Athletics Visit Day

Pella, IA (05/13/2019) — Central College will host Be More Than A Spectator Day starting at 10 a.m. June 15.

The athletics visit day will give prospective student-athletes the opportunity to meet with coaches, see athletic facilities and take part in a parent-athlete panel highlighting information on participating in athletics at the next level.

Check-in will be followed by a welcome, a tour of campus, including athletics facilities, and meetings with coaches. Student-athletes also will learn about affordability and scholarships at Central. For more information and to sign up, visit www.central.edu/visit.

Central offers 19 intercollegiate sports and has a rich tradition of athletics and academic excellence. It boasts 500-plus All-America awards, 11 NCAA Division III titles in six sports, 181 conference team championships, 61 CoSIDA Academic All-American awards and 25 NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship Award winners.
