Brandon Hunt in Theatre Central's Production of "Natural Selection"

Brandon Hunt, a native of Lubbock and freshman at Central College, will be on the crew of Theatre Central's performance of Eric Coble's satire "Natural Selection." Hunt will will be a member of the light crew during four performances April 25-28 at the Kruidenier Center on Central's campus. All show times are 7:30 p.m.

Set in in the near future, "Natural Selection" depicts a North America where technology rules supreme and the artificial has replaced the natural. The script follows Henry Carson, curator at Cultural Fiesta Theme Park, as he is forced to travel into the wastes of the country in order to restock his park's Native American Pavilion.

Mary Jo Sodd, professor of theatre, will direct the performances.

Cost for general admission tickets is $5. Student and senior citizen tickets are $3 and admission is free with a Central ID. Tickets are available at the Maytag Box Office. For more information, contact Sodd at 641-628-5137 or soddmj@central.edu
